Crafting at Sea – Your Creative Escape

With 5 full sea days, you’ll have time to:

• Work on your own projects 
• Join stamping classes
• Learn new ideas and techniques

Day 1 – Wed, 27 Oct: Sydney depart 5 pm

Day 2 –  Thu, 28 Oct: Day at Sea

Day 3 –  Fri, 29 Oct: Day at Sea

Day 4 –  Sat, 30 Oct: Day at Sea

Day 5 – Sun, 31 Oct: Royal Beach Club Lelepa, Vanuatu 6am to 4:30 pm

Day 6 –  Mon, 1 Nov: Port Vila, Vanuatu 7am to 4:30pm

Day 7 – Tue, 2 Nov: Mystery Island, Vanuatu 7am to 3pm

Day 8 – Wed, 3 Nov: Day at Sea

Day 9 – Thu, 4th Nov: Day at Sea

Day 10 – Fri, 5 Nov: Sydney arrives 6:30am

Cruise Fare

Cruise pricing starts from $2,258 per person (twin share), with final pricing depending on your selected cabin type and occupancy. Full details and availability will be provided by our travel agent at the time of booking.

Crafting Fee Details

To make this experience as flexible as possible:

• $300 Crafting Fee Total 
• $50 non-refundable deposit due by May 14th, 2026 
• Final balance due by May 14th, 2027. We understand you’ll also be securing your cruise booking, so this gives you plenty of time to spread payments comfortably.

✨ Bonus Perk:
Pay your crafting fee in full by November 14th, 2026 and you’ll receive access to an exclusive onboard class as our thank you.

Important Booking Information (Please Read Carefully)

To be part of the SeaCrafters experience:

1. Complete the SeaCrafters Registration Form  
2. We will then send you the official booking link, for the cruise portion, from our travel agent. Complete and submit to them ASAP.  You will be contacted directly, from travel agent, to make your cruise booking. 
3. All guests (including non-crafters) must be booked through our travel agent to be part of our group and experience any group activities.

Once you receive your booking link, from our travel agent please note that:

• A $350 non-refundable cruise deposit is required 
• Deposit must be paid within 2 days of receiving your invoice to secure your cabin

Travelling with a Non-Crafter?

They are absolutely welcome! 

Partners and friends are invited to join — they simply need to be registered and booked through our travel agent to be included in the SeaCrafters group.

It was extremely well organised as with 37 projects and over 80 participants, it could have been chaos but wasn’t. All sessions ran smoothly and were fun, making for productive sea days.
There were prizes, plentiful food, lovely ladies and inspirational ideas. Activities, shows, ports and food around the ship away from the crafting were terrific and I had an absolute blast.

Pam Jorgensen

 Pam is an avid paper crafter and has been a Stampin’ Up!® demonstrator since 2006.  Throughout the years she has been blessed to present numerous times at Stampin’ Up! regional and international events sharing her creativity using inks, paper and stamps.  

Pam truly loves in person gathering whether it’s classes, retreats or fundraising events, and believes providing connections, crafting and fellowship is a big part of any event.  Pam was a recipient of the Heart of Stampin’ Up! award which saw corporate members visit her Stamp Out Cancer fundraiser event, where her PJ INKer’s team, and 189 of her special stamping friends, supported the local Cancer Centre.

Tatiana Tobin

Tatiana has always loved to create and craft. She doesn’t feel herself if she doesn’t get to make something. In late 2016 she discovered Stampin’ Up! and in January 2017 signed up as a demonstrator and hasn’t looked back.

Some highlights of being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator has been presenting at a demonstrator gathering and being part of the 2021 Artisan Design Team.

Tatiana loves to see the joy and sense of accomplishment fellow crafters get when learning a new technique or completing a project. She has been running Crafting Retreats regularly and loves to gather crafters together.
